This case does not nearly happen in the environment of WINDOWS XP SP3 but, we have succeeded in installing driver following below when driver failed to install with the message that file will not be copied appearing.

If you unzip attached ZIP file, 3 files will appear. Copy silabenm.sys and silabser.sys and paste them in Windows>System32> drivers folder, copy WdfCoInstaller01009.dll and paste it in Windows>System32> folder and then carry out configuration of driver again. Driver installation works well.
