In case of A/S of product, we have A/S paid and for free. In case of natural disaster or negligence by consumers, you need to pay for A/S at cost and you have to pay parcel charge dispatched from you.
It will be convenient and cheaper for you to use usually Hanjin Express Service (1544-0011) or ePost Parcel Service for small parcel. If you use ePost Parcel Service in case of small parcel like USBISP, it will be more convenient and cheaper.
Free A/S is available if the product itself has a fault shortly after purchasing. If you send the faulty product by door to door service, it is available for A/S by home delivery. In this case, NEWTC Co., Ltd will pay parcel charge and repair cost. If you are offered repair for free, provide the product together with exact information such as how the fault happens, what is problem now, and so on. And we will decide if the said repair will be for free or not.
