Please check the below if you don’t download files properly in data room or Q/A. For Windows XP, uncheck the box in tool-internet option-advanced-international UTF-8,apply and then confirm. Occasionally if you don’t succeed in downloading, please also check the parts related with proxy or HTTP1.1.

If you didn’t register in virus program, download sometimes fails. At this time, you can download the file if you uninstall vaccine or put it into the trust section.
