Hellow, customer?
Thank you for using NEWTC product. This error can be resulted from many reasons. Followings are the requirements to check.
- Followings -
1. If you use the product for printer port such as AD-ISPPRO, press DELETE key turning on a computer again after shutting down it and access to CMOS setup as we usually do and set printer port in lot no. 0x378, LPT1 and interrupt IRQ7 in Peripheral menu.
2. If you use AD-ISPPRO or USBISP,
Check if the power is supplied to the board.
3. If you use AD-ISPPRO or USBISP,
Check if ISP connector is connected into the board.
4. If you use AD-ISPPRO or USBISP,
If ISP and the board are from different manufacturers, check PIN arrangement
and if PIN is connected properly. Even if you checked PIN was connected pr
operly, but PIN is sometimes connected reversely.
Furthermore, I have seen that some companies sell the product inserting he
-ader reversely if you use 10 pin header type of ISP connector. After
connecting, don’t check just your eyes but ensure pick the pin firmly with a
tester to check.
5. If you use AD-ISPPRO or USBISP,
In case of the problem that you encounter, the consequence is usually most
part which MCU is broken finally. There are many reasons for it and the
problem happens if you connect the port to the board where excessive
current runs to the outer port; if you unplug and connect port with the power
on; if you solder with the board switched on. You may sometimes make
electric short by mistake. One of many happenings ocured when you used
battery-MCU was broken because you operated MCU even if the voltage
lowered while batteries were used coupling 4pcs of 1.2V battery.
Someone would use 5pcs of batteries and thus MCU was broken because the voltage reached roughly 6V leading to overvoltage. When you use batteries, make sure you use them passing through regulator like 7805. If MCU is broken, A/S is available in accordance with our A/S policy. Reviewing A/S policy as stated in FAQ, please be served our A/S.
Thank you.
