Following is how to install downloading WINDOWS 7 driver for V03 from data room.
Download driver listed below and simply install it.

http://www.newtc.co.kr/download/AD-USBISP/USBISPV03_For_Win7.zip

And then, install AVR Studio and install ICCAVR. And the others are the same usage as manual for USBISP in FAQ.

In case of installation of AVR Studio, we recommend you to use V4.17 and higher.
