AD-JTAG

- After you compile from ICC, file of project name.cof is created. Run AVR Studio with this file and then load it as shown in figure 3.

- Select JTAGICE and ATmega128 and then press Finish.

- Press Run (F5) to execute. Debugging is also available in AVR Studio setting the break point. Viewing like this, you can see the status of register and variable value and port value in the state that cluck pauses.
